About the Role
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve business goals.
Service and Sales Coordination: Liaise with other senior staff to determine the range of services to be sold, contribute to the development of sales strategies, and set sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Client Engagement: Discuss clients’ requirements, carry out surveys or other market research, and analyse marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Sales Analysis: Compile and analyse sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients, external partners, and agencies, negotiate new business contracts, plan specifications, and support marketing initiatives.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Promotion of Young Artists: Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically aimed at promoting young UK artists and their artworks.
Event Management: Organize and promote events that support the career development and promotion of young UK artists.
Salary range: £46K to £50K
Location: mainly based in London (sometimes require business travels in the UK and to China)

Requirements
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken communication in Chinese is a must.
Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing development, strategy, and campaign management is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Dynamic Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Leadership: Leadership experience and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Emergency Response: Good at responding to and resolving emergencies in a timely manner, excellent communication skills to liaise with project parties and external partners.
Work Ethic: Work actively and diligently.
Passion for Arts and Culture: A keen interest in the promotion of young artists and the arts and culture sector.
